Situated in the heart of Kyrenia, Holiday Villa Sema is a 4 bedroom luxury villa within walking distance of many shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, and yet distant from the noise. The villa offers 4 en-suite bedrooms (one en-suite adapted for disabled use), large lounge with dining area, seating for 6/8 guests, private pool with jacuzzi, barbecue, astro turf for sunbathing, shades over pool for added privacy, pool shower outside. A separate guest’s WC, ramps for disabled access (front and back) are also available.

Villa Sema is located in the heart of Kyrenia town cetre and within walking distance of everything. Kyrenia harbour is only 20 minutes’ walk from the villa.

Additional Charges
The prices listed above are valid up to 4 people only. Villa can accommodate up to 8 people, each additional person is charged £25 per day. There is a sofa bed available in the lounge.
Refundable Damage Deposit
£250
Your deposit will be refunded automatically 2 weeks after departure date if no damage claim is made.

Prices include:

  • 300 units electric per week, and for the excess usage minimum top up charge is 100 TL, full instructions are provided in the villa on whom to contact when more electricity is needed.
  • Cleaning is done before a rental.
  • 10 tons of water, once used guests will need to top up

Notes: Rates are based on 4 guests.

    "Excellent Villa"

    Had a wonderful stay at this villa first impression, clean spacious and decorated to a high standard. Great location close to local shop, restaurants and the old harbour.

    Well equipped with all needs catered for with ramps front and back also room downstairs has been adapted to suite people with limited ability. Great for families lovely pool and sunbathing area. Host Marisa was fantastic arranged a welcome pack on arrival, taxi to and from the airport also arranged car hire. There are some lovely beaches in the area to visit and plenty to see and do. After a very relaxing holiday will definitely be booking next year.
