Overview

Situated in an elevated position above Alsancak Village, this villa offers magnificent sea views with the mountain drop back behind.

The Villa offers 4 spacious bedrooms, a master bedroom (upstairs) with ensuite facilities and its lounging reading area. There are two other double bedrooms (upstairs) each with their own ensuite facilities. The bedroom balconies offer fantastic views. There is a further double bedroom on the ground floor.

Downstairs has two lounging areas, in the TV lounge area space the large comfy sofa also provides an additional double bed sleeping option as per the additional guest rate, whereas property can sleep up to 10 guests.

There is fully fitted modern kitchen with all the amenities you need. Just outside of the kitchen area is a large dining table seating up to 8-10 people. Fully Air Conditioned throughout.

Outdoors there is a large pool surrounded by landscaped gardens; a magnificent Terrace that runs the length of the Villa it leads off from the kitchen and lounge areas through patio doors. There is a barbecue, plenty of seating and of course sun beds for rounding off that summertime tan!

Refundable Damage Deposit

£400

Your deposit will be refunded automatically 2 weeks after the check out date if no damage claim is made.

Prices include:

280 units electric per week, and excess usage is chargeable at 30p per unit.
Cleaning is done before a rental.
Normal Water usage.
